“Free mind”

Being connected to our bodies, minds, hearts and souls means we take in a lot of information on a daily. Sometimes we are disconnected due to various reasons. Other times we ignore or don’t understand what we hear. Neither option serves us in the long run. Precisely why stillness is important. We need it to dig deep and question the things discovered. Solitude helps us maintain a healthy inner world.

A mind that chatters nonstop, is one that’s crying out for help. Overplanning is a sign that it’s being overworked. So, it’s necessary to remind ourselves to let go and let life flow. It’s truly all in the head. Regardless of the path we choose or is chosen for us, we will be okay. Everything will be okay in the end. If we wander and get lost, we will find our way back. Even if it’s a long walk home.

Our minds were once blank slates. To be fully free from social conditioning may take the rest of our lives. It’s a herculean task to uproot ideologies that are ingrained in us. But being aware of the moments we think and do things based off conditioning is a good place to start. The goal is to have a mind with no frame. In summary, sacrifice ego and surrender to soul.
